Runtime evidence/status:

• Pre-import dependency/client gate: UNKNOWN unless provenance, client version, client architecture, and Python/client architecture match are proven before importing fdb.
• Runtime compatibility fixture: VALID for fdb 2.0.4, client 2.5.9.27139, matching x64 architecture, and the exact read-only TPB.
• validate_firebird_runtime(fdb_module=None): UNKNOWN with compatibility_unproven; read-only API proof is mandatory.
• Success output exposes only compatibility categories/statuses and excludes client paths, database identities, and internal provenance evidence.
• Blocked output exposes only status, blocker, and safety counters; provenance path fields are not serialized.

Safety:

• No database, external ERP file, DLL, service, registry, or system configuration was accessed or modified.
• GIT_IDENTITY_NOT_CONFIGURED.

Tests:
