## Product Enrichment V1 (2026-09-25, release 1.3.0, migration 0029)
New products created in the SGV are detected by the Agent (COUNT poll, no trigger), resolved by the Hub (GTIN -> KB -> free providers -> official NCM -> existing fiscal engine, per field) and only SAFE EMPTY
fields (`CLASSIFICACAO_FISCAL`, `CEST`, `IPI`) are written through the typed capability `PRODUCT_ENRICHMENT_WRITE_V1`. Per-installation features (Corretor / Enriquecimento DISABLED|DRY_RUN|ENABLED) live in the Hub;
a new installation waits for feature configuration. Human edits (even deleting a value) are final (`HUMAN_OVERRIDDEN`) and never train the KB. Free providers only, quota central, Agents never call providers.
Operator EAN is `C000025.CODBARRA` (GTIN column mostly empty). Full design/evidence: `docs/product_enrichment.md`.
