docs: Missão 3 Bloco B — read-only correlation analysis for emitted PIS/COFINS CST

New script (scripts/blocoB_pis_cofins_source.py) and evidence artifact
(docs/runs/BLOCOB_PIS_COFINS_SOURCE_V1.json): tests whether NCM, CODGRUPO, CFOP,
CSOSN or GRUPO_ICMS determine the CST_PIS_COFINS value emitted in NFCE_ITENS,
across all 5 installations. Read-only; no Firebird write path exists in this script.
